Exploring the Beauty of Nature with my Rain boots

When it comes to keeping the kids active, I try my best to incorporate fun daily outdoor activities whenever I see fit. We love to explore nature and see what’s out there, roam around and take lots of pictures. It has been pouring down rain for a few days now and we haven’t had our daily walk like we used to. Finally, we had a dry morning so we decided to take the family and the dog for a walk.

It was the perfect day for my son to wear his rain boots, because of all the rain the day before. My energetic boy loves to wear his rain boots all the time and he happily walks and stomps into all the puddles he finds. His favorite color is blue can’t you tell. LOL. These rain boots are very comfy, easy to walk around in, and not heavy at all. I love the fact that they are waterproof because, when he splashes in water, you can imagine what will happen next. He wears a size 3.5 in a normal shoe, however I got a size 4 for him to grow into, plus he also wears socks with the rain boots. He was jumping, running, sliding, climbing and just being active as can be, and these rain boots kept him secure on the ground because of the grip on the soles.

We saw a lot of birds, dogs, alligators and mosquitoes (luckily I sprayed everyone before we left the house). I love to hear the birds chirping and the wind singing through the trees. There is something so calm and peaceful during our morning hour walk. The early Summer air is fresh, not too hot and not too cool, just perfect. It’s always a fun conversation starter and a great family time. Even the dog had a nice daily walk as well!
